The University Library Director of User Experience implements services, spaces and technology in support of library operations and transformations, providing a vision for library innovation, defining priorities, and making strategic recommendations related to public services and technologies. The Department Analyst provides highly complex support to the Department Chair, students, faculty and other staff. The analyst makes recommendations to the Chair and faculty regarding strategic choices and appropriate timing for the department's investment of resources.
