In this position, the incumbent will perform the full range of skilled journey-level air conditioning and refrigeration work including install, troubleshoot, calibrate, service, repair and maintain refrigeration and HVAC systems, equipment, instruments, and controls using electrical, electronic, pneumatic, or digitally controlled systems.
