Under general supervision of the Facilities Project Supervisor for HVAC, the Building Service Engineer operates, maintains, repairs, and inspects HVAC and water systems. Key responsibilities include testing and calibrating machinery, chemically treating boiler and cooling tower water, diagnosing and repairing distribution systems, and utilizing building automation systems for troubleshooting and optimization.
