Under the general supervision of the Director of Talent Management, the Student Employment Analyst serves as a strategic partner for designated divisions, focusing on the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of a diverse and high-quality workforce. This role also involves managing the classification and salary progression for current Unit 15 student employees.
Exercising independent judgment, discretion, and authority, the Student Employment Analyst is responsible for developing, recommending, and communicating human resources services, programs, and procedures related to recruitment and student employment. Key responsibilities include implementing policies and processes that facilitate the effective recruitment and onboarding of student assistants.
Additionally, the Student Employment Analyst will offer training and support to hiring managers, ensuring they are well-versed in recruitment practices and policies. |
